The flow chart shows the procedures for ARS feature:
Local call
Is Route Plan Table number
entered in "OC" field of the
dialed number?

The call is prohibited.
Reorder tone is sent.
Determines Route List number by the present time of the day. (Sends reorder
tone when Route Plan Table is not stored.)
An outside call is made.
(After passing the toll restriction procedure)
Leading Digit Table
Long distance call? (the first digit is "0") or
Local call? (the first digit is not "0")
Yes
Obtains applicable Route Plan Table
number from Leading Digit Table.
