1.05 Call Park and Paging
Description
Allows the attendant to park a call (extension or
outside) and perform paging by simply pressing
the PAGE key (Programmable key).
When the PAGE key is pressed during a
conversation, a call is parked in an idle call
parking area and paging mode is established
automatically.
One of the following five types of paging can be
assigned to the PAGE key by the system
programming:
Paging All Extensions
Paging External Pager 1
Paging External Pager 2
Paging External Pagers 1 and 2
Paging All Extensions and External Pagers.

Operation
During a conversation
1. Press the PAGE key.
PAGE
• The other party is parked and
paging is possible.
• The following display appears
on the message line:
Message: Call Parked at xx
2. Announce the call park
destination number : 01 to 20.
3. An extension answers the page.
4. Press the RELEASE key.
RELEASE
• The call is released from the
console.
• The paged extension retrieves
a parked call and starts
speaking.
