3. ENTER Key - DEPRESS.
The CLOSE OUT Page is
displayed. See Figure 8-
42.
4. Line
Select
DEPRESS to position the
cursor over the FOB field.
5. INSERT the remaining fuel
on board in pounds.
6. ENTER Key - DEPRESS if
FOB needs updating,
Otherwise, do not press
ENTER.
7. Review the times displayed
in the OUT, OFF, ON, and
IN fields. The BLOCK and
FLT fields are computed by
the AFIS system using the
OUT, OFF, ON, and IN
times.
8. Line
SELECT
DEPRESS to position the
cursor over TRANSMIT.
9. ENTER Key - DEPRESS when ready to close out the flight. The
times will be transmitted via data link and will cause flight related
information from the INITIALIZE, STATION MENU, DISPATCH
MENU, WGT/BAL and DVT/HOLD pages to be cleared. CALL
IN TIME will be displayed if the ON event has not been acknowl-
edged (see Figure 8-43). The INITIALIZE Page will appear with
fields cleared and ready for next flight entry.
