The method by which the scale factor will be deter-
mined.
The scale factor can be manually typed in.
The scale factor will be calculated as <New Dist:>
divided by <Existing Dist:>.
Available for <Method: Computed>. A known
distance before scaling. This value is used for calcu-
lating the scale factor.
Available for <Method: Computed>. A known
distance after scaling. This value is used for calcu-
lating the scale factor.
