configure forward time delay

Use this command to set the time after which (if this bridge is the root bridge) each port changes
its state to learning and forwarding.
Syntax
forward-time <forward delay value>

Value
forwarding time delay, expressed in
seconds. The default value is 15 seconds.
Valid values are 4 to 30 seconds.
Value
MAC address, expressed in

interface on which the frame enters the
unit.
VLAN ID. Valid values are 1 to 4094.
