Apply grease to the sliding surface of the brake pedal
and footpeg.
Assemble the brake pedal, footpeg and wave washer.
Install a new footpeg mounting bolt and tighten it t o
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 44 N-m (4.5 kgfom, 33 I b f W
Attach the brake pedal return spring.
Install the brake light switch and attach the switch
spring.
Connect the brake pedal t o the push rod lower joint.
Install the joint pin and secure it with new cotter pin.
