Connect the ohmmeter t o the engine stop relay con-
nector terminals.
CONNECTION: Red/White
Connect the 12 V battery t o the following engine stop
relay connector terminals.
CONNECTION: Red/Orange
There should be continuity only when the 12 V battery
is connected.
If there is no continuity when the 12
nected, replace the engine stop relay.
ECM (ENGINE CONTROL MODULE)

Remove the seat (page 2-2).
Remove the fuel tank rear bracket bolts and
the bracket.
Remove the battery (page 16-41.
Remove the ECM cover.
Disconnect the ECM
connectors, then remove the ECM.
Installation is in the reverse order
