12. Setting the Position data accuracy level
When the Repeater Search function is not used, or
the distance between your position and a repeater is
not displayed, select "OFF."
$7 Push D-pad(
) to select "POSITION," and then push
D-pad(Ent).

) to select the position data accuracy
level.
• None:
Select when the repeater has no position
data.
• Approximate: Select when the entered position data is
approximate.
• Exact:
Select when the entered position data is
exactly correct.
$9 After setting, push D-pad(Ent).
13. Entering the latitude
This item appears only when "Approximate" or "Exact"
is selected in [12. Setting the Position data accuracy
level].
%0 Push D-pad(
) to select "LATITUDE," and then push
D-pad(Ent) to enter the latitude data edit mode.
• A cursor appears and blinks.
%1 Rotate [DIAL] to enter the latitude.
%2 Push
to move the cursor backward, or push
move the cursor forward.
%3 Repeat steps %1 and %2 to enter the latitude.
%4 After entering, push D-pad(Ent).
14. Entering the longitude
This item appears only when "Approximate" or "Exact"
is selected in [12. Setting the Position data accuracy
level].
%5 Push D-pad(
) to select "LONGITUDE," and then
push D-pad(Ent) to enter the longitude data edit
mode.
• A cursor appears and blinks.
%6 Rotate [DIAL] to enter the longitude.
%7 Push
to move the cursor backward, or push
move the cursor forward.
%8 Repeat steps %6 and %7 to enter the longitude.
%9 After entering, push D-pad(Ent).
