Descargue del todo el líquido refrigerante, véase
pág. 71 (DESCARGA INSTALACION DE REFRIGE-

RACION ).
Desmonte parcialmente el escudo delantero exterior,
véase pág. 53 (DESMONTAJE ESCUDO DELANTE-
RO EXTERIOR).
IMPORTANTE
Prepare unas abrazaderas de des-
tornillador para sustituirlas a las originales (de tipo espe-
cial sin tornillo).
Corte la cabeza de las abrazaderas (1), (2), (3) y (4).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación sustituya las
abrazaderas (1), (2), (3) y (4) con otras nuevas.
Extraiga de los tubos del radiador:
– el tubo de impulsión (5);
– el tubo de retorno (6);
– el tubo de purga (7);
– el manguito (8).
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (9).

ATENCION
Opere con precaución.
No dañe las aletas del radiador.
Desmonte el radiador (10).

RACION ) (excluyendo las últimas cuatro operacio-
nes).
IMPORTANTE
Prepare unas abrazaderas de des-
tornillador para sustituirlas a las originales (de tipo espe-
cial).
Corte la cabeza de la abrazadera (11).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación sustituya la
abrazadera (11) con otra nueva.

ATENCION
Marque el tubo (12) con una señal para que no se con-
funda al instalarlo.
Desempalme el tubo (12) de la bomba.
Saque la bomba líquido refrigerante, véase MANUAL
DE TALLER MOTOR # 921 (I-UK-F-D-E).

Drain the coolant completely, see p. 71 (DRAINING
THE COOLANT SYSTEM
Partially remove the front outer shield, see p. 53 (RE-
MOVING THE FRONT OUTER SHIELD).
NOTE
Get screwdriver-type pipe clamps, to replace the
original ones (special type without screw).
Cut the head of the pipe clamps (1), (2), (3) and (4).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, replace the pipe clamps (1),
(2), (3) and (4) with new ones.
Withdraw the following elements from the radiator cou-
plings:
– delivery pipe (5);
– return pipe (6);
– breather pipe (7);
– sleeve (8).
Unscrew and remove the two screws (9).

CAUTION
Proceed with care.
Do not damage the radiator fins.
Remove the radiator (10).

NOTE
Get screwdriver-type pipe clamps to replace the
original ones (special type).
Cut the clamp head (11).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, replace the clamp (11) with a
new one.

CAUTION
Mark the pipe (12) in order to avoid any confu-sion
during the reassembly.
Disconnect the pipe (12) from the pump coupling.
Remove the coolant pump, see ENGINE SERVICE
AND REPAIR MANUAL # 921 (I-UK-F-D-E).
