PELIGRO
El combustible utilizado para la propulsión de los mo-
tores de explosión es muy inflamable y puede volver-
se explosivo en algunas condiciones. Es oportuno re-
poner gasolina y realizar las operaciones de manteni-
miento en una zona ventilada y con el motor apagado.
No fume durante la provisión de gasolina y cerca de
los vapores del combustible; de todas formas evite
absolutamente el contacto con llamas libres, chispas
y cualquier otra fuente que podría causar el encendi-
do o la explosión. Además, evite la salida del combus-
tible de la boca de llenado, ya que podría incendiarse
al llegar a contacto con las superficies muy calientes
del motor. En caso de que se vertiera accidentalmen-
te algo de gasolina, controle que la zona esté comple-
tamente seca; antes de arrancar asegúrese de que no
haya quedado nada de combustible en el manguito de
la boca de llenado. La gasolina se dilata con el calor
y bajo la acción de los rayos solares. Por lo tanto no
llene nunca el depósito hasta el tope.
Una vez que se haya terminado la operación de provi-
sión de gasolina, cierre con cuidado el tapón.
La gasolina es venenosa y cancerígena y contiene
sustancias químicas que causan malformaciones fe-
tales y otros problemas en la procreación. De verter
gasolina sobre los vestidos o la piel, lávese de inme-
diato con agua y jabón y cámbiese.
Si la gasolina llegara a contacto con los ojos o fuera
tragada, diríjase de inmediato a un médico. No trate
nunca de aspirar gasolina chupando con la boca.
En caso de vuelco, el vehículo perderá gasolina que
puede inflamarse fácilmente. Llamas o chispas pue-
den causar incendios y, por consiguiente, destruir no
sólo el vehículo, sino también el edificio en que se en-
cuentra y ocasionar lesiones graves o la muerte.
NO ESPARZA EL COMBUSTIBLE EN EL AMBIENTE.

The fuel used for internal combustion engines is ex-
tremely inflammable and in particular conditions it
can become explosive. It is important to carry out the
refuelling and the maintenance operations in a well-
ventilated area, with the engine off. Do not smoke
while refuelling or near fuel vapours, in any case
avoid any contact with naked flames, sparks and any
other heat source to prevent the fuel from catching
fire or from exploding. Further, prevent fuel from flow-
ing out of the fuel filler, as it could catch fire when get-
ting in contact with the red-hot surfaces of the engine.
In case some fuel has accidentally been spilt, make
sure that the area has completely dried and before
starting the vehicle verify that there is no fuel inside
the fuel filler neck.
Since petrol expands under the heat of the sun and
due to the effects of sun radiation, never fill the tank
to the brim. Screw the plug up carefully after refuel-
ling. Avoid any contact of the fuel with the skin and
the inhalation of vapours; do not swallow fuel or pour
it from a receptacle into another by means of a tube.
Petrol is poisonous and carcinogenic and contains
chemical substances that cause birth defects and
other reproductive problems. If petrol should be acci-
dentally spilt on the skin or clothes, immediately
wash it off with soap and water and change clothes.
In case of contact with the eyes, or in case of swallow-
ing, contact a doctor without delay. Never try to si-
phon petrol by sucking it with your mouth.
In case of overturning, the vehicle will leak petrol,
which is extremely flammable. Flames or sparks may
cause a fire, which could not only destroy the vehicle,
but also the building in which it is, and cause serious
injuries or even death.
DO NOT DISPOSE OF FUEL IN THE ENVIRONMENT.
