Lea con cuidado pág. 4 (NORMAS GENERALES DE
SEGURIDAD).
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Levante el sillín.
Quite del vano portacasco eventuales objetos (casco,
kit herramientas, manual de instrucciones, etc.).
Desmonte el colín, véase pág. 39 (DESMONTAJE CO-
LIN).
Destornille y quite los tornillos (1) dentro del vano por-
tacasco, recuperando la arandela.
Destornille y quite el tornillo (2).
Saque la tapa (3) del vano sensor nivel combustible.
Extraiga el tubo purga depósito combustible (4).
Desconecte el conector eléctrico (5) del sensor nivel
combustible y extráigalo.
Quite la abrazadera de los tubos de la instalación com-
bustible y de los de la instalación aceite mezclador.
Baje el sillín.
IMPORTANTE
En el vano portacasco quedan insta-
lados el depósito aceite mezclador y el depósito combus-
tible.

ATENCION
Opere con precaución.
No fuerce y dañe los tubos de las instalaciones com-
bustible y aceite mezclador.
Levante el vano portacasco (equipado con sillín) y sá-
quelo parcialmente.
IMPORTANTE
Para poder sacar del todo el vano
portacasco (equipado con sillín), quite: el depósito aceite
mezclador, véase pág. 63 (DEPOSITO ACEITE MEZ-
CLADOR - DESMONTAJE) y el depósito combustible,
véase pág. 61 (DESMONTAJE DEPOSITO COMBUSTI-
BLE COMPLETO).

Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Destornille y quite el tornillo (6).
Destornille y quite el tornillo (7).
Desmonte tapa escudo delantero (8).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación introduzca
correctamente las lengüetas de acoplamiento en los alo-
jamientos correspondientes.

Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
Raise the saddle.
Remove any object from the crash helmet compart-
ment (crash helmet, tool kit, use and maintenance
manual, etc.).
Remove the rear part of the fairing, see p. 39 (REMOV-
ING THE REAR PART OF THE FAIRING).
Unscrew and remove the screw (1) positioned inside
the crash helmet compartment, taking the washer.
Unscrew and remove the screws (2).
Remove the cover (3) from the fuel level sensor com-
partment.
Withdraw the fuel tank breather pipe (4).
Disconnect the electric connector (5) from the fuel level
sensor and withdraw it.
Release the pipes of the fuel system and of the 2 stroke
oil system from the clamp.
Lower the saddle.
NOTE
The 2 stroke oil tank and the fuel tank remain in-
stalled on the crash helmet compartment.

Proceed with care.
Avoid forcing and damaging the fuel system and 2
stroke oil pipes.
Lift the crash helmet compartment (complete with sad-
dle) and remove it partially.
NOTE
For the complete removal of the crash helmet
compartment (complete with saddle), remove the 2 stroke
oil tank, see p. 63 (2 STROKE OIL TANK - REMOVAL),
and the fuel tank, see p. 61 (REMOVING THE COM-
PLETE FUEL TANK).

Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
Unscrew and remove the screws (6).
Unscrew and remove the screws (7).
Remove the front shield cover (8).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, fit the tangs correctly in the
appropriate seats.
