Las operaciones de sustitución, de reparación, de
mantenimiento y de equilibrado son muy importan-
tes, deben ejecutarse con equipos adecuados y con
la experiencia indispensable.
Si los neumáticos son nuevos pueden estar cubiertos
de una substancia resbaladiza, por lo tanto conduzca
con cuidado durante los primeros kilómetros.
No engrase los neumáticos con un líquido no adecua-
do. Si los neumáticos son viejos, aunque no están
desgastados del todo, pueden endurecerse y no ga-
rantizar el agarre en carretera.
En este caso sustituya los neumáticos.
Inspeccione a menudo el neumático y controle que no
haya roturas o cortes.
Hinchazones y ondulaciones denotan daños interiores
que requieren la sustitución inmediata del neumático.

Algunas tipologías de neumáticos, homologados
para este vehículo, están provistas de indicadores de
desgaste.
Existen diferentes tipos de indicadores de desgaste.
Para las modalidades de comprobación desgaste di-
ríjase a su vendedor.
Compruebe visualmente el estado de los neumáticos
y, de estar desgastados, hágalos sustituir.
En caso de que un neumático se deshinche durante la
conducción, no trate de proseguir, no frene y no vire
bruscamente. Muévase despacio hacia el lado de la
carretera y párese, utilizando la compresión del mo-
tor para frenar. La inobservancia de estas indica-
ciones puede causar accidentes con el consiguiente
riesgo de lesiones graves o muerte.

Change, repair, maintenance and balancing opera-

qualified technicians with appropriate tools.
If the tyres are new, they may still be covered with a
slippery film: drive carefully for the first miles. Do not
oil the tyres with unsuitable fluids.
If the tyres are old, even if not completely worn out,
they may become hard and may not ensure good road
holding.
In this case, replace them.
Check the tyre frequently and make sure that there are
neither breakages, nor cuts.
Swelling and waving are signs of internal damage re-
quiring the immediate change of the tyre.
Some types of tyres, homologated for this vehicle, are
provided with wear indicators.
There are several types of wear indicators.
Contact your dealer to get the necessary information
on the wear check procedures.
Visually check the tyre wear and if they are worn, have
them changed.
If a tyre goes flat while you are using the vehicle, do
not attempt to go on and avoid braking and steering
abruptly. Slowly move to the roadside and stop, using
the engine compression to brake. Non-compliance
with these instructions may cause accidents with
consequent risk of injuries or even death.
