Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
IMPORTANTE
Reúna y guarde separadamente los
componentes del retrovisor izquierdo y derecho.
Quite la tapa (1).

ATENCION
Aguante el retrovisor (2) para que no caiga acciden-
talmente.
Destornille el tornillo (3).
Extraiga el retrovisor (2).
Quite la junta (4).

Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Desmonte los retrovisores, véase arriba (DESMONTA-
JE RETROVISORES).
IMPORTANTE
Aguante la cúpula (5) para que no
caiga accidentalmente.
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (6).

ATENCION
Maneje con precaución los componentes de plástico
y los pintados para no rayarlos o dañarlos.
Extraiga la cúpula (5).
Destornille y quite el tornillo (7).
Gire del todo el manillar a la derecha, destornille y
quite el tornillo (8) (de diámetro inferior) y los tornillos
(9) (10) y (11).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación atornille los
tornillos (8) (de diámetro inferior) en sus sedes correspon-
dientes.
Gire el manillar en posición central, extraiga hacia ade-
lante el cubremanillar inferior (12) y sáquelo.
Desconecte los dos terminales eléctricos (13).

ATENCION
El cubremanillar superior (14) (equipado con interrup-
tores, instrumentos e indicadores) queda conectado
al cable cuentakilómetros y a los cables eléctricos
que impiden su completo desmontaje.
Proceda con cuidado para no dañar los componen-
tes.
Poniendo cuidado en las dos conexiones interruptores
(15), levante y gire hacia adelante el cubremanillar su-
perior, luego apóyelo en el escudo delantero.
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación, al colocar el
cubremanillar superior, pase los cables de los terminales
eléctricos (13) por detrás y por debajo del manillar.

Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
NOTE
Group the components of the right and left mirror
separately.
Remove the cover (1).

Support the rear-view mirror (2), to prevent it from ac-
cidentally falling down.
Unscrew the screw (3).
Remove the rear-view mirror (2).
Remove the gasket (4).

Carefully read page 7 (GENERAL SAFETY RULES).
Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
Remove the rear-view mirrors, see above (REMOV-
ING THE REAR-VIEW MIRRORS).
NOTE
Support the front part of the fairing (5), to prevent
it from accidentally falling down.
Unscrew and remove the two screws (6).

Handle the plastic or painted components with care
and avoid scraping or damaging them.
Remove the front part of the fairing (5).
Unscrew and remove the screw (7).
Rotate the handlebar completely to the right, un-
screw and remove the screw (8) (with shorter diameter)
and the screws (9) (10) and (11).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, fit the screws (8) (with shorter
diameter) in the relevant seats.
Rotate the handlebar in central position, withdraw the
lower handlebar cover (12) from the front and remove it.
Disconnect the two electric terminals (13).

The upper handlebar cover (14) (complete with
switches, instruments and indicators) remains con-
nected with the speedometer cable and with the elec-
tric cables, which makes it impossible to remove it
completely.
Proceed with care in order to avoid damaging the
components.
Paying attention to the two switch connections (15), lift
the upper handlebar cover and rotate it forwards, then
rest it on the front shield.
NOTE
Upon reassembly, when positioning the upper
handlebar cover, pass the electric terminal cables (13) be-
hind and under the handlebar.
