El aceite puede dañar gravemente a la piel si es ma-
nejado durante mucho tiempo y diariamente.
Se aconseja lávarse las manos con mucho cuidado
tras haberlo manejado.
En caso de intervenciones de mantenimiento, se
aconseja el uso de guantes de látex.
NO ESPARZA EL ACEITE EN EL AMBIENTE.
Pida que pasen a recogerlo o entréguelo a la empresa
de recuperación aceites usados más cercana o al
abastecedor.

Para el control del nivel del aceite transmisión, hay que
efectuar las siguientes operaciones cada 3000 km de re-
corrido o cada 6 meses:
Recorra algunos kilómetros hasta alcanzar la temperatu-
ra normal de funcionamiento, luego pare el motor.
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Coloque un recipiente graduado (1) con capacidad no
inferior a 120 cm#, por debajo del tapón de vaciado (2).
Desenrosque el tapón de llenado (3) y el tapón de va-
ciado aceite (2).
Deje salir el aceite completamente del cárter, mida la
cantidad; si ésta resultara inferior a los 110 cm#, res-
taure el nivel añadiendo la cantidad que falta, véase
pág. 18 (TABLA LUBRICANTES).
Cierre el tapón de vaciado (2).
Llene utilizando el aceite que ha recuperado con el re-
cipiente graduado (1).
Cierre el tapón de llenado (3).

ATENCION
Cierre con cuidado los tapones de llenado y de vacia-
do y controle que el aceite no se salga.
Controle periódicamente que no haya pérdidas en co-
rrespondencia con la junta de la tapa del cárter.
No utilice el vehículo con lubricación insuficiente o
con lubrificantes contaminados o no adecuados, por-
que aceleran el desgaste de las partes en movimiento
y pueden crear daños irreparables.

The oil can cause serious damage to the skin if han-
dled every day and for long periods.
Wash your hands carefully after using the oil.
In case any maintenance operation has to be carried
out, it is advisable to use latex gloves.
DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE TRANSMISSION OIL IN
THE ENVIRONMENT.
Take it to the nearest company specialized in the dis-
posal of used oils or to the filling station where you
usually buy it.

To check the transmission oil level, carry out the following
operations every 3000 km or every 6 months:
Drive for a few miles until the engine reaches the nor-
mal running temperature, then stop it.
Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
Put a graduated container (1) with at least 120 cm# ca-
pacity under the drain plug (2).
Unscrew the filling cap (3) and the oil drain plug (2).
Let all the oil flow out of the oil pan, measure the quan-
tity and if it is less than 110 cm#, top up by adding the
lacking quantity, see p. 19 (LUBRICANT CHART).
Tighten the drain plug (2).
Provide for filling up, using the oil collected into the
graduated container (1).
Tighten the filling cap (3).

Tighten the filling cap and the drain plug thoroughly
and make sure that there are no oil leaks.
Periodically check that there are no leaks in corre-
spondence with the oil pan cover seal.
Do not use the vehicle with insufficient lubrication or
with contaminated or unsuitable lubricants, since this
would accelerate the wear of the moving parts and
may also cause irreparable failures.
