A. TENSIONE DI RICARICA
INSUFFICIENTE
– Controllare ed eventualmente sosti-
tuire il fusibile.
– Controllare le connessioni dei cavi
sul regolatore, volano, batteria e fu-
sibile.
– Controllare la batteria (pag. 175).
– Controllare il generatore (pag. 175).
B. TENSIONE DI RICARICA
ECCESSIVA
– Controllare il regolatore di tensione
(pag. 187).
– Controllare le connessioni dei cavi.
C. SE NON ARRIVA TENSIONE
AI CARICHI IN CORRENTE
CONTINUA (Cavi verde/rosso)
– Controllare ed eventualmente sosti-
tuire il fusibile.
– Controllare le connessioni dei cavi
sul regolatore, volano, batteria e fu-
sibile.
– Controllare la batteria (pag. 175).
– Controllare il generatore (pag. 175).
– Controllare l'interruttore d'accensio-
ne (pag. 173) e le sue connessioni.
D. SE L'IMPIANTO FUNZIONA
IN MODO IRREGOLARE
– Controllare le connessioni di mas-
sa.

CONTROLLO DEL GENERATORE
– Scollegare il connettore a tre vie dal
generatore.
– Avviare il motore e portare il regime
a 6000 giri/min.
– Con un tester in funzione di voltme-
tro in corrente alternata misurare la
tensione tra:
• cavo bianco e massa del genera-
tore= valore superiore a 41,2 V.
• cavo giallo/rosso e massa del ge-
neratore=valore superiore a 35 V.
– Con un tester in funzione di ampero-
metro in corrente alternata misurare
la corrente tra:
• cavo bianco e massa del genera-
tore = valore 8 ÷ 10 A.
• cavo giallo/rosso e massa del ge-
neratore= valore 8 ÷ 10 A.
CONTROLLO DELLA BATTERIA
– Tensione a vuoto 12,5 ± 1V
– Densità elettrolito 1,26 a 20 °C
– Controllare il livello dell'elettrolito ed
eventualmente ripristinarlo con ac-
qua distillata.
– Controllare che non vi siano segni di
solfatazione.
Eventualmente sostituire.

D. SI LA INSTALACION FUNCIONA
DE MANERA IRREGULAR
– Controle las conexiones de la ma-
sa.

CONTROL DEL GENERADOR
– Desconecte el conector de tres vías
del generador.
– Arranque el motor y alcance el régi-
men de 6000 rpm.
– Por medio de un tester con función
de voltímetro con corriente alterna
mida la tensión entre:
• cable blanco y masa del genera-
dor = valor superior a 41,2 V.
• cable amarillo/rojo y masa del ge-
nerador = valor superior a 35 V.
– Por medio de un tester con función
de amperímetro con corriente alter-
na mida la corriente entre:
• cable blanco y masa del genera-
dor = valor 8 ÷ 10 A.
• cable amarillo/rojo y masa del ge-
nerador = valor 8 ÷ 10 A.
CONTROL DE LA BATERIA
– Tensión en vacío 12,5 ± 1V.
– Densidad electrólito 1,26 a 20 °C.
– Controle el nivel del electrólito y
eventualmente rellene con agua de-
stilada.
– Controle que no haya huellas de
sulfatación.
Eventualmente sustituya.

– Check the cable connections.
C. IF NO VOLTAGE REACHES THE
LOADS UNDER DIRECT
CURRENT (green/red cables)
– Check the fuse and if necessary
change it.
– Check the cable connections on re-
gulator, flywheel, battery and fuse.
– Check the battery (p. 175).
– Check the generator (p. 175).
– Check the ignition switch (p. 173)
and its connections.
D. IF THE SYSTEM FUNCTIONS
IRREGULARLY
– Check the earth connections.

GENERATOR
– Disconnect the three-way connector
from the generator.
– Start the engine and bring it to 6000
rpm.
– By means of an alternate current
voltmeter-tester, measure voltage
between:
• white cable and generator earth =
value over 41.2 V.
• yellow/red cable and generator
earth = value over 35 V.
– By means of an alternate current
amperometer-tester, measure vol-
tage between:
• white cable and generator earth =
value 8 ÷ 10 A.
• yellow/red cable and generator
earth = value 8 ÷ 10 A.
BATTERY
– No-load voltage 12.5 ± 1V.
– Electrolyte density 1.26 at 20 °C
– Check the electrolyte level and if ne-
cessary top up with distilled water.
– Make sure that there are no signs of
sulphation.
Change if necessary.
