ATENCION
Antes de sustituir una bombilla, ponga el interruptor

de encendido en " " y espere unos minutos para
permitir la refrigeración de la misma.
Sustituya la bombilla utilizando guantes limpios o un
trapo limpio y seco.
No deje huellas sobre la bombilla, ya que podrían cau-
sar el sobrecalentamiento y, en consecuencia, la ro-
tura. Si toca la bombilla con las manos sin protección,
límpiela con alcohol de eventuales huellas, para evi-
tar que se funda.
NO FUERCE LOS CABLES ELECTRICOS.
El combustible y otras sustancias inflamables no de-
ben ser acercados a los componentes eléctricos.

Para comprobar rápidamente la orientación correcta del
faro delantero coloque el vehículo a diez metros de dis-
tancia de una pared vertical, asegurándose de que el sue-
lo esté llano.
Encienda la luz de cruce, siéntese sobre el vehículo y
compruebe que el haz luminoso proyectado en la pared
esté muy poco por debajo de la línea recta horizontal del
proyector (unos 9/10 de la altura total).
Para regular el haz luminoso:

Para las versiones
no hace falta desmontar el carenado frontal.
Saque el carenado frontal, véase pág. 43 (DESMON-
TAJE CARENADO FRONTAL).
Actúe con un destornillador sobre el tornillo correspon-
diente (1).

ATORNILLANDO (sentido horario) el haz luminoso se
levanta.
DESTORNILLANDO (en sentido antihorario) el haz lu-
minoso baja.

Before changing a bulb, turn the ignition switch to po-
sition "
the bulb to cool down.
Change the bulb wearing clean gloves or using a
clean and dry cloth.
Do not leave fingerprints on the bulb, since these may
cause its overheating and consequent breakage. If
you touch the bulb with bare hands, remove any fin-
gerprints with alcohol, in order to prevent it from
blowing.
DO NOT FORCE THE ELECTRIC CABLES.
Fuel and other flammable substances must be kept
away from the electrical components.

To rapidly check the correct direction of the beam, place
the vehicle on flat ground, 10 m away from a wall.
Turn on the low beam, sit on the vehicle and make sure
that the beam projected on the wall is slightly under the
horizontal line of the headlight (about 9/10th of the total
height).
To adjust the headlight beam:
