7.1.9 DESMONTAJE RETROVISORES
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Extraiga la tapa (1).
Destornille el tornillo (2).
Extraiga el retrovisor guardando: el tornillo (2), el so-
porte (3) y el elemento de protección (4).
7.1.10 DESMONTAJE ELEMENTO FRONTAL
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Desmonte los retrovisores, véase 7.1.9 (DESMONTA-
JE RETROVISORES).
Destornille y quite el tornillo (5).
Destornille y quite los cuatro tornillos (6).
Extraiga el cristal del elemento frontal (7).
Destornille y quite los tres tornillos (8).

Actúe con cuidado.
No dañe las lengüetas y/o las correspondien-
tes sedes de acoplamiento.
Maneje con cuidado los componentes barnizados
para no rayarlos o dañarlos.
Extraiga el elemento frontal (9).
7.1.11 DESMONTAJE SALPICADERO
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Desmonte el elemento frontal, véase 7.1.10 (DES-
MONTAJE ELEMENTO FRONTAL).
Desconecte los dos conectores eléctricos (10-11).
Desconecte el cable taquímetro-cuentakilómetros (12)
del salpicadero.
Destornille y quite los cinco tornillos (13).
Extraiga el salpicadero (14) en el sentido de marcha.
Desmontaje cristal salpicadero

Maneje con cuidado.
Durante el desmontaje no dañe el cristal o los
enganches.
Suelte el cristal (15) de los enganches (16).
Extraiga el cristal (15).
Guarde la junta (17).
CHASSIS PARTS
7.1.9 REMOVING THE REAR-VIEW MIRRORS
Carefully read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL IN-
FORMATION).
Position the vehicle on the central stand.
Remove the cover (1).
Withdraw the screw (2).
Remove the rear-view mirror, taking the screw (2), the
support (3) and the protection element (4).
7.1.10 REMOVING THE FRONT PART OF THE
FAIRING
Carefully read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL IN-
FORMATION).
Position the vehicle on the central stand.
Remove the rear-view mirrors, see 7.1.9 (REMOVING
THE REAR-VIEW MIRRORS).
Unscrew and remove the screw (5).
Unscrew and remove the four screws (6).
Remove the glass part (7).
Unscrew and remove the three screws (8).

Proceed with care.
Do not damage the tangs and/or the relevant
seatings.
Handle the painted components with care and avoid
scraping or damaging them.
Remove the front part of the fairing (9).
7.1.11 REMOVING THE DASHBOARD
Carefully read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL IN-
FORMATION).
Remove the front part of the fairing, see 7.1.10 (RE-
MOVING THE FRONT PART OF THE FAIRING).
Disconnect the two electric connectors (10-11).
Disconnect the speedometer/odometer cable (12)
from the dashboard.
Unscrew and remove the five screws (13).
Withdraw the dashboard (14) in the direction of travel.
Removing the dahsboard glass cover

Handle with care.
Upon disassembly, take care not to damage
the glass cover or the hooks.
Free the glass cover (15) from the hooks (16).
Remove the glass cover (15).
Take the gasket (17).
