Attach joint q and gear pump filter w to gear pump.

12. Fill gear pump with PTT oil to a proper level.
13. Remove air bubbles by using a means such as a syringe.
Install O ring e and PTT motor ass'y r, and tighten bolts

t to specified torque.
Engage armature shaft joint groove with
the shaft of pump.
PTT Motor Ass'y Installation Bolts t :
4 N · m (3 lb · ft) [0.4 kgf · m]
Remove reservoir cap y and check PTT fluid level.

The fluid quantity is acceptable if the fluid
level is at the top of the filter hole.
16. Add fluid until filter hole is filled if necessary.
Tighten reservoir cap y to specified torque.
17.
Reservoir Cap :
7 N · m (5 lb · ft) [0.7 kgf · m]
18. Air Bleed from PTT unit.
