Description Communication failed between the finisher and the host
of detection machine.
Measures 1. Check the cable connection.
2. Replace the finisher controller circuit PCB.
3. Replace the DC controller circuit PCB.
E717 -0001 -00 Title Communication with the NE controller is abnormal
Description Error in the NE controller start
of detection When the NE controller which should have been
connected is not connected before the power off at power
supply time to turn on
Measures Recover with service mode COPIER> FUNCTION>
CLEAR> ERR after cable check
E717 -0002 -00 Title Communication with the NE controller is abnormal
Description IPC error in the NE controller operation
of detection In the case of the errors that disconnection of IPC, or IPC
communication is unrecoverable.
Measures Recover with service mode COPIER> FUNCTION>

E719 -0001 -00 Title Coin vendor failure
Description Error in starting of the CoinVendor
of detection - The Coin Vendor, which should have been connected
before the power was turned OFF, is not connected when
the power is turned ON.
Measures Check the connection between charging management
equipment and machine, and check that the Cable is not
open-circuit.
Clear the error while the charging management
equipment is connected to operate and when switching to
the operation without charging management equipment.
(To prevent the misuse by removing the charging
management equipment, this error code is displayed.)
