Weather files management

The following controls are available:
Load file - calls the

Autoloading - select the files with current data and load it automatically

Play/stop animation - plays the downloaded forecast in fast play mode

Date and hour - fields for selecting date of the forecast and hour inside the selected day

Current date - set the current date and hour
