Typical problems
o If ARPA 2000 shows proper navigational parameters, but the radar overlay is not
correctly arranged:
♦ Activate "System" dialog in the ARPA 2000 (see the ARPA 2000 user manual)
♦ Click the "►" or "◄" buttons until the Extractor parameters page is displayed
♦ Modify the "Headup" parameter to adjust the orientation of the radar overlay
(check it in ECDIS after each modification)
♦ Modify "Sync Delay" parameter to adjust the distances to objects (the distance to
certain radar echo is back-proportional to the "Sync Delay" value).
REMARK
after modification The Extractor/Tracker will automatically store the new specified
parameters.
