Disconnect inertia fuel shutoff switch connector.

Go to next step

Check resistance of injector($ at PCM connector

Yes
If resistance is OK, check as follows:
Injector drive signal
Injector flow rate
PCM
If resistance is not OK, check for open in injector
circuit
Check spark plugs
If OK, go to next step
If not OK, clean or replace spark plugs
Yes Check exhaust system
