STARTING SYSTEM
4. Place the armature on V-blocks, and measure the runout
by using a dial indicator.
If the runout is not within the specification, replace the
armature.
Maximum Runout: 0.12mm (0.005 in)
5. If the commutator surface is dirty, wipe it with a cloth; if it
is rough or out of round, replace the armature.
