Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
Clean off any gasket material from the crankcase
Be careful not to

Remove the joint collar from the cylinder.
Remove the O-rings.
PISTON REMOVAL
Remove the piston pin clip with pliers.
Place a clean shop
Push the piston pin out of the piston and connecting
towel over the
rod, then remove the piston.

crankcase.
Remove the oil jet from the crankcase.
