RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER REMOVAL

REMOVAL

Drain the engine oil (page 3-13).
Remove the exhaust system (page 2-14).
Remove the bolts in a crisscross pattern in several
steps.
Remove the clutch cable holder and disconnect the
clutch cable end from the clutch lifter arm.
Remove the right crankcase cover.
Remove the dowel pins and clean off the sealant

DISASSEMBLY
Remove the clutch lifter rod while turning the lifter
arm clockwise.
Remove the clutch lifter arm, washer and return
spring.
