CYLINDER HEAD COVER

INSTALLATION

Clean the gasket groove and cylinder head mating
surface of the cylinder head cover.
Check the gasket is in good condition, replace it if
necessary.
Install the gasket into the groove.
Clean the cylinder head cover mating surface of the
cylinder head.
Apply liquid sealant (Three Bond 1207B or equiva-
lent) to the cylinder head semi-circular cut-outs as
shown.
Install the dowel pin.
Install the cylinder head cover on the cylinder head.
