Tip:
Do not use underscores (_), hyphens (-), spaces, or other special characters in

the sign-in name or password field.
Sign-in names and passwords are case-sensitive. For example, lee, Lee, and LEE
represent three different sign-in names. You cannot use identical sign-in names, but
different sign-in names can have identical passwords. Telephone Number is optional.
4. Save (or cancel) your input.
One of the following Sign-In Status messages appears when you exit:
Sign-In Added. Press any key.
Sign-In is currently in use. Press any key.
Sign-In Deleted. Press any key.
Sign-In not found. Press any key.

Viewing and Deleting Sign-Ins

Maintenance level users can view and delete all sign-ins on the system.
To display sign-ins:
Select System Administrator Main > Sign-In Management > View/Delete Current
l
Sign-In.
A list of sign-ins along with their associated user types (Administrator, Maintenance,
Operator, Scheduler) appears.
To delete sign-ins:
1. Highlight the sign-in that you want to delete, using the arrow keys to move up and down the
list.
2. Press
ENTER
A confirmation message appears.
3. To delete the sign-in you selected, press
