To access the Printer Management menu:
1. Select Administrator Menu > Printer Management.

Canceling Print Jobs

The Cancel Print Jobs option deletes all pending system print jobs from the system printer
queue

Displaying Printer Status

The Display Printer Status option lets you monitor the system printer information, determine if
the printer is online, and view jobs in the print queue.
