Failed to send an IPC message.
Corrective
Log in and use the "ipcs -qa" command.
Action:
Look for the message queue with the matching key.
Determine if the queue is full. If it is, then restart that process or the server
software.
If the message queue doesn't exist, then restart the process which reads
messages from that queue.
The system may be out of messages.
Message:

Meaning:
An IPC message contains an unknown message queue ID

Check the configuration in processTable.cfg. Make sure the event queue and
