To create an account that is allowed to login to Bridge Talk to configure conferences navigate to
Meeting Exchange  Audio Conferencing  Bridge Features. Select the relevant Meeting
Exchange and click Configure. Expand the Sign In Users section and Click on the edit button
beside Sign In Users.
