Moderator and Participant Touchtone Commands

Managing conferences using touchtone commands

Moderators and participants can enter DTMF (touchtone) commands from a telephone keypad
during a conference. Most commands toggle on and off. Many commands may alternately be
set with with different DTMF to enable and disable them. For example, by default, *7 is a toggle
command for security. Security On and Security Off may optionally be set with *7 to enable
security and #7 to disable it. For a complete listing of available of DTMF commands, contact
Avaya Customer Support.
