Conference Reports

Using data from CDR and CODR files, the system generates a Conference Report when you
choose to print or view a report from a completed conference (lines disconnected, cleared
automatically, or cleared by the operator).
Note:
Conference Reports differ from the Conference Status reports created by
Note:
operators using Bridge Talk. Status reports provide a snapshot of current
conference activity and can be generated at any time (even before the
conference begins) by any operator on the system. The Conference Report
summarizes the completed conference — you cannot generate a report while the
conference is in progress.
Conference Reports include:
Conference date, Conference ID, and Conference name
l
System (bridge) name
l
Contact name or Contact telephone number, but not both (scheduled conference only)
l
Conference start time (time the first participant entered the conference)
l
Recorded file number (number of file used to store conference recording)
l
Scheduled duration minutes (number of minutes between the conference's specified start
l
and end times)
