3. The dial list file name cannot have a space in it; "dial_list" is fine, "dial list" is not.
4. The file is stored in /usr/dcb/dbase/diallists.
Each record follows this format:
<Participant name> <Telephone Number> / <Company Name>
For example:

Copying Voice Files

Annunciator messages and digital record/playback files are digitally recorded voice files stored
on disk. These files consume large amounts of disk space and require special handling to
prevent fragmentation. Therefore, they must be stored in special voice file directories
maintained by the system.
