Saved Roster Audio Files

Saved roster audio files consist of conference participant information compiled from line-specific
roster files created during a conference. Whether or not the system creates saved roster files is
determined by the setting for the Save Roster Enable parameter in System Configuration. See
System Configuration
Saved Roster Audio Files are saved to the /usr3/savedroster directory. The system assigns the
Cross Ref number for a conference as the filename for the each saved roster file. See
Configuring CODRs
does not include an extension (for example, 000225456037), but is saved in pcm format.
The system retains saved roster files in their default directory seven days from their inception,
automatically deleting files when they pass the seven-day mark. To retain files for a longer
period, simply move or copy them to another directory for safekeeping. Saved roster files can
be copied to a remote host and listened to with any industry-standard media player.

Configuration Files

The system creates a text file for each category of system configuration settings specified
through the management interface.
For information on printing configuration files and other files, see
can directly access configuration files from the /usr/dcb/dbase/admin directory.
