error message codes.
System Messages
The following messages may appear across the top of the operator screen. The appropriate
action for each situation is described.

number on that line
(System returns
operator to main menu.)
Action
Contact the phone
network provider to
verify dialout supervision
type (wink or delay and
reconfigure dialout
supervision for Delay if
necessary.
From the operator
console, run a
Conference Clear_all on
all empty conferences to
free them up for use. If
no conferences are
empty, check to see if
any conference have
exceeded their time limit
and ask them to hang
up.
Access another line for
dial out.
