Determines whether the system ignores DTMF commands entered
by conference participants.
ON— The bridge ignores DTMF commands entered by

conference participants, and will override any of the individual
Conferee Mute and Conferee Gain settings. Help requests
are also blocked when this feature is active.
OFF (default)—DTMF commands entered by conference
l
participants are interpreted by the bridge.

Important:
This setting does not apply to Flex conferences.
Important:
Specifies whether operators provide help to entire conferences or
only to the conferee who requests help.
INDVL (default)— The operator helps only individual
l
conferees who request help. The conferees are temporarily
removed from the conference to speak privately with the
operator.
CONF — The operator provides help to the entire
l
conference. No one is removed from the conference during
help, and all conferees hear whatever assistance is provided
by the operator.
Note: Conferees requesting help from muted lines are always
individually helped regardless of the setting.
