Open the Configuration > IP Source Guard > ARP Inspection > ARP

Inspection Configuration screen.
Set Action to Enable and ARP Inspection VLAN Mode to All-VLAN.

In the Trust column, select Port 9 and Port 10.

In the Untrust column, select Ports 1-8.

Click Apply.

Click Save Settings in the navigation panel to store the changes permanently.
