Constant grinding wheel peripheral speed (GWPSON, GWPSOF)

Function
The "Constant grinding wheel peripheral speed (GWPS)" function is used to set the grinding
wheel speed so that, taking account of the current radius, the grinding wheel peripheral
speed remains constant.
