2 Entering remote service account information
From the Support Element Workplace panel.
1. Open Task List from the Views area
2. Open CPC Remote Customization from
the Task List Work Area
3. Open Groups from the Views area.
4. Select CPC from the Groups Work Area
5. Drag and drop the selected object on
Account Information in the CPC Remote
Customization area.
3 Entering the information
The Account Information panel displays.
Important
Refer to the corresponding pages in the
Resource Link WEB Site for the data that you
will enter on these panels.
1. Type the information on this panel as
required.
Use the scroll bars to see all the fields, use
the tab key to move the cursor, use the
helps (F1) if necessary, then select OK.
Note: Information messages may appear
if you did not correctly complete all
fields. Select OK to close the
message panel. The cursor will be
in the incorrect field, re-enter the
correct information, then select OK
to continue.
Dialing prefixes are not needed they are
passed through the Customized
Automatic dialing panel.
When all the information is entered the first
panel, select (Account) by clicking on the
tab. When all pages are completed, Select
Save.
The Account Information Customization
Confirmation panel displays.
2. Select Save.
