Enabling Service Status
1 Selecting the options
From the Support Element Workplace panel.
1. Open Task List from the Views area
2. Open Service from the Task List Work
Area
3. Open Groups from the Views area
4. Drag and Drop CPC on Service Status in
the Service area
5. Select the CPC to customize.
6. Select Options from the action bar.
7. Select Enable service status from the
pull-down.
8. Select Save
9. Select OK
10. Select Cancel to return.
