Check downstream oxygen sensor signal circuit
a. Turn ignition switch to LOCK.
b. Disconnect ECM connector E-033.
c. Disconnect downstream oxygen sensor connector E-043.
d. Check wire harness between downstream oxygen sensor
connector terminals and ECM connector terminals.
Check for Open
