Check upstream oxygen sensor connector
a. Disconnect upstream oxygen sensor connector E-084.
b. Check upstream oxygen sensor connector.
Repair or replace connector

Check upstream oxygen sensor heater power supply voltage
a. Turn ignition switch to ON.
b. Check voltage between terminal 4 of upstream oxygen
sensor connector E-084 and body ground.
