Information of the link special relays (SB) and link special registers (SW) is saved
in the following CSV format.
1) Columns are separated by a comma "," (ASCII code: 2C
2) The line feed code is CR/LF. (ASCII code: CR=0D
3) Displays the IP address of the C Controller module.
4) Stores the "Module type" and "Product Information" from left to right.
