Data are entered into the battery-backed-up RAM.

Displays the address of the target battery-backed-up RAM.
Enter data to be entered into the battery-backed-up RAM.
Writes the data of "Input data" to the battery-backed-up RAM.
Closes the Data Change screen without writing the input data to the
battery-backed-up RAM.
The file format used when battery-backed-up RAM data are saved can be selected
from the CSV format or binary format.
Press the button on the SRAM monitor screen, and then select the file
Save data
format on the following screen.
