Disable a BGP neighbor or peer group.

Syntax
neighbor {ipv6-address | peer-group-name} shutdown
To enable a disabled neighbor or peer group, use the no neighbor {ipv6-address
| peer-group-name} shutdown command.
Parameters
ipv6-address
peer-group-name
Defaults
Enabled (that is, BGP neighbors and peer groups are disabled.)
