Registers or unregisters the session to receive popup text and button choices text.

● popupinfo: question: Sorry. Cannot dial number because you are already in
a call with the site.
● popupinfo: choice0: Ok
is returned if a call fails
● popupinfo: question: Save Changes?

popupinfo: answered: Yes
is returned if the user edits the password field
