Maintenance Points - Power on

The maintenance with powered-on machine comprises following tasks:
Task

Smart profile calibration

Check of Safety Switch
SW Patch Installation
Film Calibration
Density Reproduction Check
Test Image Evaluation
Host System Image Quality Check

Smart Profile Calibration
IMPORTANT:
This step only has to be performed if print stripes in the 10" film edge area are visible
in the STI2 and medicalimage. Refer to section 2.3.

Connect the service PC to the printer

Enter the IP address into the browser window
(3)
Enter Service Engineer Tools
(4)
Select "Enter Service Command Session - 7 Calibration - 5 Smart Profile
Calibration"

Select the densitometer you use for measurement

Select the film tray with 14x17", 14x14" or 14x11" films: A test film will be printed.

Measure the 66 squares on the printed film: Write down the values on the
foreseen squares on the film with a waterproof pen
(8)
Enter the values in the browser screen. See also Figure 16 and Figure 17.
IMPORTANT:
The browser screen where the 66 data are entered refreshes in a time interval of 4
minutes. If you are not finished with entering all data within 4 minutes, all entered
values will be reset to "0.00".
