Software Update via CF card

Software Update: Installation of a software patch
Purpose
(1) In the key-operator menu select '9
SW Update
Installation - 1 Software Installation
- 1 From CF card'
(2) Follow the further instructions on
the local keypad.
(3) After the software update print a
SMPTE test image (Key Operator
menu: 3 Print Image - 1 Testimage
- 2 SMPTE.zip') and a test image
from every modality to confirm the
successful update.
(4) Re-new the backup on CF card.

Software Update: Installation of a software patch
Purpose
(1) Establish a web browser
SW Update
connection to the printer. Refer to
chapter 3.5.4.

(3) Printer Browser Pages
(4) In the printer homepage select
'Service Engineer Tools - Enter
Key-operator Command Session -
9 Installation - 1 New Software
Installation - 1 This computer'
(5) Select 'Browse'
(6) Select the ZIP file to be uploaded
(e.g. DSAXYS_SWR_180C1.zip).
(7) Follow the further instructions in
the Printer Browser Pages
(8) After the software update print a SMPTE test image (Key Operator menu: '3
Print Image - 1 Testimage - 2 SMPTE.tif') and a test image from every modality
to confirm the successful upgrade.
