The functions used in the display example in the previous page can be mainly classified into
four types.
The classified functions have the roles shown below.

*1 A part of the data display function can change set values and current values of word
devices (T, C, D, Z and V) on the screen. The operating procedure is described in the
next page.
GOT
:
This function displays the registered
contents in the specified size in the
specified position.
Characters, external characters,
straight lines, circles, etc.
:
This function monitors the contents of
devices in the PLC in the specified
size in the specified position.
The specified area can be inverted by
turning ON/OFF bit devices in the
PLC.
Numerics, bar graphs, indicators, etc.
*1 The information inside the PLC is
monitored.
Data is transferred to the PLC.
:
This function turns ON/OFF specified
devices in the PLC and overwrites
the data when a specified input
(operation key, touch key, etc.) is
given.
Touch keys, ten-key pad, etc.

:
This function sets the
screen to be displayed
next and the screen
changeover condition.
