Squeegee
Checks
To have a good performance of the
squeegee the blades have to be in a good
conditions. The squeegee chamber and
the squeegee adapter have to be clean
and completely free from debris. Blades
have to adhere perfectly to the squeegee
body and have to be kept in that posi-
tion by the plastic blade holder which
are kept by the plastic wing nuts.

Maintenance
Put the machine in safe conditions.
Remove the squeegee from the ma-
chine
Rotate the wing nut that block the
blade holders
Remove the blade holder
Remove the front blade and replace
it with a new one
Repeat the same operations for the
rear blade. The rear blade can be
used 4 times (one for each edge) be-
fore being replaced.
Proceed at reverse to reinstall prop-
erly the blade holders.

Squeegee Support
Checks
The squeegee support has to be com-
pletely free to move to lie perfectly on the
floor. It is important that it can rotate
freely and it is properly pressed on the
floor by the gas spring.
